Introduction

After the birth of my children, I recognized the value in supported parents. There was a ton of pressure on the parents. There was a huge gap, in where families were, versus where they could be if given appropriate support. It saddens me that all the wellness towards the baby and the parents' self-care tends to be forgotten. I believe helping families get back to their sense of normal would mean so much to them. From an early age, I was rooted with a huge sense of family values. Always passionate about helping people but I was not aware of my destiny. I served over 18 years in the United States Army and recognized physical health was easier to support than mental health. It was disheartening to see people struggle or stigmatized, for seeking help. My priority is to offer confidential and non-judgement counseling to all diverse groups. My hope is that you can find your way as we take a journey on where this all started. Together we can work on getting things back on track and feeling better. Consultations are FREE! I look forward to meeting you :)
