Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist who provides individual and family therapy to people of all ages. In my practice, I work with each client and family to understand your specific strengths, challenges, and needs, and then we collaborate to identify the best treatment for you. As a therapist, I strive to be inclusive, understanding, and practical. Some of my professional interests include: anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and complex trauma, working with children and teens, and LGBTQ+ issues. I have specialized training in treating trauma using evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and child-centered play therapy.
