Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist who believes in change through empowerment. I use a variety of techniques, including CBT, narrative therapy, art and play therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am highly intuitive and person-centered and can provide tailored support to individuals, couples, and families. I have significant experience treating complex developmental trauma and working with adopted individuals and their families. I am certified in adoption competency in mental health through the University of Maryland.
