Introduction

Seeking a meaningful space to create a new you, process old pain, or find meaning in your current circumstance? I provide ongoing mental health treatment to various individuals who are undergoing life change. I adapt and create a safe environment for trauma work, and substance abuse problems. My primary modality of care of Cognitive Behavioral Treatment also incorporates Biblical faith values, Trauma interventions, Insight oriented therapy, and Calming Strategies that increase the capacity for the mind and body to heal. In person services are provided in North Texas near Coit and Hwy 380. Telehealth services are available by request after the 1st appointment.
