Teaching people the skills to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, assertiveness and hope is my purpose. Sometimes, in order to figure out who we are, we need to understand who we are not first. Most of my the clients I work with want to change their relationships, improve communication and bonding, increase self worth and assertiveness, manage stress, anxiety or burnout, navigate life transitions and just figure out adulting! I believe counseling is a collaborative process and together we can reach their goals, guiding them to where life feels manageable again and empowering them to create the quality of life they desire.
