Introduction

I am a first generation Latina American and the daughter of immigrants. I work from an anti-oppressive, social justice, and trauma informed framework. I provide compassion, empathy, and kindness. Everyone has their own self-determination and I work with each individual to empower them to find their path. My approach to the client/therapist relationship is based on partnership, I meet people where they are at and hold space for their stories. Together we can identify and build upon the great strengths and abilities you already possess and use them to support your journey towards wellness. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients where with collaboration and non-judgement we can work together. I have experience working with survivors of childhood, adolescent, and adult sexual violence, intimate partner violence and gender based violence, survivors of the criminal legal system.
