In a world of polarity, we seek balance. The Lightchaser Institute uses several modalities to help you on your path to emotional freedom. Although I am based in Jungian theory which can include dreamwork and archetypal psychology, I also offer CBT+, trauma focused therapy, anger management, grief & loss therapy and life coaching. I specialize in play therapy with young children and work with adolescents.
