Introduction

Please visit www.drwendyehrlich.com to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to explore how I can help you. If you are struggling to adjust to changes in your life, are anxious, feeling down or depressed, adapting to a medical concern, dealing with trauma, working on grief or loss, or are struggling with substance use, I can help. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering therapeutic space where we can work together to address life’s challenges. In your therapy sessions we will collaborate on your growth, healing, coping skills, and self-care. We will also find the best ways to manage your stress and mood while dealing more readily with whatever life throws your way. I am a licensed psychologist, a graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology. I have worked with adults of all ages in hospitals, community clinics, skilled nursing facilities, crisis centers and private practice. I take a personalized and holistic approach to therapy, integrating humanistic theory, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, and psychodynamic theory to best help you with the issues at hand. I welcome the opportunity to embark on a transformative journey of growth and discovery with you. I offer services via telehealth to patients anywhere in California.
