Life is really hard. Everyone deserves a safe space to process experiences, organize thoughts, and understand themselves better. I am passionate about helping those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or past trauma. I utilize an eclectic approach to meet the individual needs of all of my clients including Emotion Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), with a trauma-informed approach. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor new to Virginia after living in Tennessee for over a decade. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Mississippi State University and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Memphis.
