I'm Patricia and I'm so glad you are here! I specialize in helping people find freedom from anxiety and past trauma, as well as optimize their relationship. We will do that using evidence based practices like EMDR, CBT and Gottman Method. Working with me will help you gain insight, challenge negative thoughts, and learn how to regulate your nervous system, so you can begin to live the joy filled life you want and deserve!
