Introduction

I work with people looking to improve their lives by exploring the road blocks that keep them from being the best they can be. Teens, adults, and couples all encounter issues that they see insurmountable. My hope, through our time together, is that the client can discover a path that will lead to a more fulfilling and manageable life. I have worked with children as young as ten and adults as seasoned as 72. The issues are different and varied, but the goals are the same, living a life the best you can. I now focus on adults as they journey through the phases of their lives.
