Introduction

I was interested in how the human mind works and when it is not working as well as it could, how to help the mind get back on track. I specialized in PTSD and Suicide because, as a Veteran of the US Army, these are major issues. I use a variety of techniques but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies are where my heart lie and seem to have the highest impact on the largest number of people. I am one of the few secular counselors in the area verified by The Secular Therapist Project. Sunday Appointments are from 0830 to 1930 and all appointments happen on the half hour and last one hour.
