Introduction

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University and a Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I previously worked at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Gahanna Counseling, LLC providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents and their families. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Modification, and Motivational Interviewing. Using a strengths-based approach, I provide therapy to children, adults and families struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, behavior concerns and adjustment related issues. I believe in creating a safe place and supportive environment where one can be heard, empowered, and taught skills to create change.
